to be honest i don't what it is...first heard this record on a modern soul tape (c-90-way back then...when the tape swappers scene was really alive) by arthur dudley...and i was immediately hooked by this tune...i was really,really after this one for ages...and then got some copies from a well known seller from the philly area for small money...anyway what a great record ( f**in great tune,may not every ones cup of tea)...but i love it...thanks to arthur dudley for finding & playing it...
